TechComm X720 comes with dual fish-eye lens that allows you to record the view in front of you and yourself at the same time.
What computers are your VR headsets are compatible with?
Most of our VR headsets can be used alone or connect to other devices via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
What is a USB Direct Charge?
USB Direct Charge means that the device can be charged directly from a USB port and doesn't need a charging cable.
My VX9 fitness tracker does not charge. What do I do?
Our VX9 fitness tracker charges directly from a USB port on your computer or USB adapter. Please note that it only charges on one side. If your fitness tracker does not charge on either side, please contact our customer support for troubleshooting.
Do I need a SIM card to operate a TechComm kids watch?
Yes, all of our kids watches require a SIM card with voice and data. We recommend T-Mobile as the most compatible carrier in the US that works best with our devices.
My kids watch gives out an error message "Equipment is not connected to the Internet." How do I fix this?
Please make sure the account on the parent's phone is set-up correctly.
